If you have already had Y DNA tested by Sorenson, Oxford Ancestors, DNA Heritage, Ancestry.com, or Relative Genetics you are welcome to join our project for free. Just click the Contact Us tab at the top of this page and let the administrator know of your interest in joining. Your dna results after being sent to the administrator will be compared with others in the project. There is a good chance that you will find a match with one of our several family groups. Your results and a brief pedigree will be posted at our website.
Important - If you have done the Ancestry DNA test at Ancestry.com your results are not transferable to our project. Ancestry.com uses autosomal and not Y DNA for that specific test. If you tested Y DNA at Ancestry.com, done years ago and no longer offered as a test there, then your results are transferable.
